Marketplace accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the role and identity verification assigned to you. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Projects and contracts
Employers must describe work and payment terms accurately. Freelancers must submit original deliverables they are authorized to provide. Accepted proposals, funded contracts, milestone approvals, disputes, refunds, and reviews are recorded through the platform workflows.
Payments and disputes
Contract funding and milestone releases use the platform's server-controlled escrow process. Do not attempt to bypass platform payment or dispute controls. Submitted evidence must be lawful and relevant to the case.
Acceptable use
Fraud, harassment, impersonation, malicious code, unlawful content, and attempts to compromise the service are prohibited. Accounts may be restricted when needed to protect users or comply with law.
Availability and changes
The service may change as features, regulations, and supported networks evolve. Material updates will be communicated through the platform where practical.
