How it works

A clear path from marketplace discovery to verified delivery and payment.

  1. Create and verify your account. Choose an employer or freelancer role, complete identity verification, and connect a wallet when a payment action requires it.
  2. Find the right match. Employers post scoped projects; freelancers search projects and submit proposals. Saved searches, favorites, skill matching, and reputation help with discovery.
  3. Fund the contract. After a proposal is accepted, the employer funds escrow through the contract workspace.
  4. Deliver and approve milestones. Freelancers upload deliverables and employers approve or request a revision.
  5. Resolve and review. Either party can open a verified dispute for an eligible milestone. Completed contracts can be reviewed by both participants.
