Quick routes for the most common account and marketplace tasks.
Account access
Use password recovery for a forgotten password, passwordless sign in for an email code or magic link, and dashboard settings for MFA or wallet connection.
Verification
Payment, review, project mutation, and dispute actions may require an approved identity verification. Open the Verification page from your role dashboard to start or resume the process.
Contracts and payments
Open Contracts from your dashboard to fund, cancel, submit milestones, approve deliverables, inspect disputes, and review transaction records. Funding is performed by the backend escrow workflow.
Disputes
A verified participant can open a dispute only for a submitted milestone on an active contract. Add clear notes and relevant evidence; administrators resolve the case after review.
Service status
Check the status page when an API-backed action is unavailable.
